Job Description:
We are looking for Senior / QA Manager with experience in software design, development and testing. Who have demonstrated the passion for shipping quality products to the end consumer. A team player, making sure that everyone in the team feels valued and is excited to work with you. Someone who not only have a grasp of quality assurance but also are able to empathize with users and are able to make meaningful contributions to the company’s multiple automation test frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a team of highly performant QA/SDETs that will help ship product we are building
- Develop and/or execute software test plans on our applications
- Create processes, mechanisms, and tools that shape the delivery of the projects
- Manage automation roadmap for various products in the organisation
- Manage ambiguity and energize the team to stay focused on short term and long-term goals
- Earn trust through regular communication with senior management on status, risks and change control
- Ability to operate within short release cycles across multiple projects
- Ability to take initiative to improve coverage and effectiveness
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, including strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- 8 to 10 years of industry experience
- 5+ years of experience in software development lifecycle and test automation.
- Experience on NodeJS and Nightwatch.
- Experience with Mocha and Chai assertion library.
- Ability to create CI-CD pipelines using Acquia Pipeline.
- Experience with GitHub.
- Experience in automated API testing using Java, Rest assured.
- Experience on JMeter 3.2 and above.
- Experience on AWS EC2, Buckets, Cloudwatch is desirable.
