Senior Developer / Team Lead

This job position is suitable for individuals who are have been a developer for some time and are looking into transition into a team lead role. The individual should be keen in nurturing and developing a team.

Responsibilities:

• A minimum of 3 years of programming experience in CSharp or Java
• Experience in frontend javascript frameworks
• Experience in working in a full SDLC/Agile development project
• Able to work independently
• Provide leadership and mentoring to development teams.

• Able to dive deep into technical solution and troubleshoot difficult problems

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in one or more areas in the IT industry
• Have software and cloud development background
• Good communication skills
