Job Description

Term: 6 months

We are looking for a personable and organised individual to join our Customer Success team in the position of Implementation Assistant.

As an Implementation Assistant, you will be supporting the Product Implementation Managers who are in charge of providing a seamless onboarding experience to our clients. You will manage a number of tools to configure our products whilst learning the basics of troubleshooting issues to ensure that our customers have outstanding customer service and technical support. The role requires managing timescales and sudden change in priorities.

A key requirement is to be process orientated with a keen eye for detail. You also need to have a passion for technology, exceptional interpersonal skills. You will be expected to learn to troubleshoot any issues with our product’s configuration.

Responsibilities

Process adherence and optimisation

  • Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Ability to manage a diverse set of priorities and meet deadlines
  • Follow all internal processes
  • Review lessons learnt with each process and suggest better ways to do things
  • Scrupulously maintain accurate reporting of tasks

Problem-solving

  • Communicate and problem solve with stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot product configuration issues
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to identify issues

Personal skills

  • Ability to work with a wide range of people
  • Manage internal expectations, timeframes and milestones
