We are looking for a personable and organised individual to join our Customer Success team in the position of Implementation Assistant.
As an Implementation Assistant, you will be supporting the Product Implementation Managers who are in charge of providing a seamless onboarding experience to our clients. You will manage a number of tools to configure our products whilst learning the basics of troubleshooting issues to ensure that our customers have outstanding customer service and technical support. The role requires managing timescales and sudden change in priorities.
A key requirement is to be process orientated with a keen eye for detail. You also need to have a passion for technology, exceptional interpersonal skills. You will be expected to learn to troubleshoot any issues with our product’s configuration.
