You will work as a Accounts Payable Executive, where you will be responsible for ensuring all payments, amounts and records are accurate, bank reconciliation, monitoring cash flow, handling intercompany transactions, Export Letter of Credit, Internal control, and integration of risk, liquidity, cash management and banking activities at regional and local level.
Specifically you will cover:
Accounts Payable
Process payments for the countries in the region. Automatic + Manual in an accurate and timely manner
Process payment to vendors and employees in accordance with payment run schedule
Respond to related inquiries from vendors and employees in a timely manner
Treat emails on rejections or compliance issues
Export Letter of Credit (LC) management
Manage the whole export LC process, focus on the executive of the LC presentation
Responsible of optimization of LC flow and digitalise LC process
Analyze LC flow and give constructive suggestion/comments to avoid any risk
Minimize the LC cost.
Internal control
Oversee APAC region’s bank accounts, signatories and online banking platforms and ensure appropriate controls are in place
Maintain and update the supplier database
Fraud control and ensure the safety of cash for the group.
Liquidity management/Financing
Provide oversight of country level cash position to ensure adequate liquidity for daily working capital needs, in coordination with local finance teams.
Others
Any ad hoc duties as required and assigned
