Job Description

The Senior Associate/Manager for Branding is responsible for the planning and execution of campaigns and projects to drive brand value and heath metrics of LingoAce Singapore. Reporting to the Group Brand Manager, he/she will also work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on-brand experiences.


Responsibilities
  • Create, implement and oversee branding campaigns across diverse media channels, including partnerships
  • Responsible for campaign performance monitoring and reporting including recommendations for improvement and continuous optimization
  • Facilitate internal workshops
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
  • Conduct consumer interviews and analyze insights
  • Craft product concepts
  • Communicate our brand internally and align company around foundational ideas
  • Brand guardian who assists internal teams (marketing, product, HR etc.) and agencies to execute on-brand experiences

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of brand marketing, PR, Partnership, media planning or related experience
  • Track record of running successful campaigns
  • Fundamental understanding of digital marketing
  • Qual or quant research background nice-to-have
  • Excellent communication skills and preferably bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally
  • Good interpersonal communication skills, excellent stakeholder management skills
