Senior Manager, Regulatory

Regulatory Office

• Coordinate with Business Units (BUs) to compile reports to regulators with respect to various reporting requirements;
• Coordinate with BUs and working with the legal department on licensing matters including renewals, amendments, modifications and preparation of representations to regulators and/or licensing bodies; applicable codes of practices and standards and assisting to prepare representations and submissions to regulators, licensing bodies and Ministries; and various agreements;
• Attending various meetings and dialogues with regulators and assisting to ensure a coordinated approach across the organisation;
• Stakeholder management, including coordinating, managing and working with Senior Management, BUs and regulators on regulatory matters;

PSB Office

• Working with and assisting the PSB Office to monitor, coordinate, prepare and submit various reports to regulators;
• Assisting the PSB Office/Finance on coordinating and managing various schemes and arrangements with regulators;
• Providing support to PSB Office, and serving as part of the POC/Secretariat support, for its oversight and execution of meetings with regulators / ministries / board / board committees etc;

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma from recognised institution
• Minimum 8 to 10 years working experience
• Experiences interfacing, dealing and/or working with regulators preferred
• Possess good understanding of media and IT regulations would be an advantage
