Are you a passionate and enthusiastic Business Development with an entrepreneurial mindset? Do you have experience prospecting and acquiring new business within the APAC region? If yes then we want to hear from you!

The impact you will have:

You will join our global Commercial team, and champion uncovering and developing new customer relationships across the APAC region. With the launch of our newest offices in Singapore and Japan, this is an exciting opportunity to be one of the first on the ground helping cement Elliptic’s offering in a new territory.

As a business development lead,, you will play a key part in the success of the region’s sales team by proactively identifying prospective customers and generating qualified pipeline. You will also educate prospective customers about Elliptic’s value propositions that solve their compliance challenges.

Your day to day will involve:

  • Proactively search for leads and prospect customers via phone, emails, social media and other outbound sales tactics
  • Presenting Elliptic’s value propositions including demo of our solutions
  • Identify amp; qualify sales opportunities and managing them in Salesforce
  • Work closely with Marketing amp; other sales development representatives to create amp; deliver outbound campaigns
  • Support sales team in doing account profiling and market research
  • Participate in relevant industry events to build relationships amp; promote Elliptic

You’ll be a good fit here if you:

  • Possess enthusiasm amp; experience in lead generation across APAC using multiple mediums
  • Have demonstrated success in qualifying leads and building a strong pipeline
  • Can manage opportunities through the sales cycle
  • Have the ability to easily understand and pitch new products and technology, focusing on value statements
  • Have demonstrated ability to work across functions to deliver positive outcomes for customers
  • Have excellent written and spoken communication skills as well as presentation skills, including ability to communicate complex concepts simply to customers
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset amp; excited about being a member of a dynamic amp; growing team

Requirements

  • 3-5 years business development experience (new business acquisition capacity)
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills, and good knowledge of outbound campaign management
  • Proven track record of generating strong pipeline amp; new logo acquisition, preferably in a SaaS or FinTech environment
  • Strong solution sales skills with knowledge of producing commercial proposals including RFP management
  • Knowledge of the financial markets or digital assets industry is a plus
  • Fluent or native English speaker
  • Ability to speak Korean will be favourably considered
  • Already located in Singapore or willing to relocate
  • Willing to travel, if require
