The Customer Solution Engineer is a product ambassador, the bridge between our customers and our products; he/she will have to understand customer requirements/issue and propose solution via email, phone, live-chat or in-person.
Location: Near Telok Ayer MRT
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Include but not limited to:
- Develop a total understanding of our software products
- Manage assigned implementations remotely and on-site;
- Provide product training to the customers via online channels and face- to - face; and help them to onboard.
- Attend to customer pre/post-implementaion requirements and issues via email, phone, live-chat and in person.
- Follow up closely and update customers on the issue status when required;
- Record and take ownership user issues (raise tickets) and take full ownership of closing those issues, including engaging with engineering teams by providing detailed reports on issues and root causes.
Requirements
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in computer related course would be an advantage;Computer literate/ keyboard skills;
- SP/PR only
- Passion for IT industry and technology;
- Technical capacity;
- Communication proficiency;
- Good time management;
- Flexibility and high availability;
- Good stress management skills;
- Must be able to handle technical product information;
- Customer oriented and can-do attitude;
- Language required: verbal and written English and/or verbal Chinese
- Experience in Famp;B, cloud technology or POS company would be an advantage;
- Excellent articulation skills
