CLIENT Wealth Management Information Systems (WMIS) aims to limit as much as possible the exposure of CLIENT WM sensitive data in order to limit the inherent risks by looking at data protection during its complete lifecycle, from how it is collected and accessed, to how it is shared and stored, and finally to how it is audited and disposed of.

Therefore, WM Data Protection Program (DPP) has been created to achieve those objectives.

The program scope covers 80% of applications managed and maintained by WMIS as well as applications maintained outside of WMIS carrying WM data across sites.

The project team is seeking a strong global operational project manager that will be responsible to deliver appointed projects / stream under the umbrella of WM Data Protection Program. Objective is to ensure that DPP Program objectives under each stream are met within the given stipulated timeline.

He/She will be reporting to DPP Program Managers.

The role will include, but will not be limited to:

• Manage project/streams from initiation to closure
• Work closely with DPP Program Manager and stakeholders to ensure project/streams managed are aligned with DPP objectives and program timeline and budget
• Being accountable, monitor and manage the execution of the projects/initiatives and follow-up with regard to budget, schedule, scope and quality
• Manage relationship with multiple teams - Divisions, Production teams, local IT and Release Manager to coordinate for deployment
• Plan and monitor the progress of projects/initiatives
• Monitor and manage projects risks and issues and raises alerts accordingly to DPP Project Manager
• Communication Management
• Planning and execution of committees
• Roadmaps and detailed planning
• Communication and coordination with stakeholders

Requirements

Qualification amp; Experience:

• Min 10 years of experience as Project Manager within banking industry ideally in Wealth Management.
• Good knowledge of banking or IT processes
• Excellent knowledge of Data Management
• Strong track records of delivering large-scale projects (gt;1 mEUR).
• Proven experience on managing project teams and senior management stakeholders.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, managers, and subject matter experts.
• Proactive, positive attitude and desire to work as a team and help project team to achieve its objectives.
• Synthesis and coordination skills, focused communication to management and stakeholders.
• Critical thinking
• A good team player with problem-solving attitude.
• IT knowledge/background.
• Knowledge on agile way of working

Optional Skills

• PMP certification is a plus
• Compliance background is a plus
