We have an exciting role for an experienced Trading Executive / E-Commerce Specialist to join our growing Beauty division.

As part of a team of Trading Executives and reporting to the Country Manager, the Trading Executive is responsible for site optimization, growth strategy and brand identity, working cross functionally across the business to deliver continued growth in sales and profit.

Responsibilities (clearly linked to KPIs):

Strategy Development:

  • Working with the Head of Ecommerce to plan, build and execute the brand ecommerce strategy.
  • Support wider project to tech to create an immersive exposure onsite that support both education, brand identity and conversion.
  • Promoting and embodying the brand identity and ensuring trading decisions align to this identity.
  • Driving sustainable growth strategy in with profit targets.
  • Ensuring all key trading moments are well planned and executed, clearly phased targets by day, site, and channel that have been collaboratively produced with central functions and a clear awareness of any activity from last year has been considered.
  • Driving continuous site improvements to maximise conversion and AOV and reduce bounce rate on site and reduce barriers to buying online.
  • Keeps up to date with industry/market trends and networking opportunities.
  • Establish a consistent tone of voice across site aiming to address customer needs, therefore increasing conversion.
  • Deliver best in class customer experience partnering closely with brand and editorial teams to brief and build engaging product pages that provide the customer with relevant information, advice and conversion opportunity.

Cross Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborating with Core Retail team, particularly Core Brand Manager to plan and ensure execution of JBPs and drive revenue performance.
  • Collaborates with Merchandising functions to ensure budgets are reflective of stock position prior to each month and actively reviewing stock position throughout the month ensuring these considerations are taken into account before any incremental activity is pushed out.
  • Work with brand team to ensure all campaigns are appropriate and effective in their execution leading to a consistent customer journey.
