Job Description

E-Commerce:

  • Maintain and update e Commerce plan and e-promotional calendar
  • Review product exclusivities and mechanisms with local markets to ensure attractiveness to target audience
  • Proactively planning with local markets ahead to ensure brand promotions and activations are given appropriate visibility across site and marketing channels
  • Set up product listings, shop-in-shop designs, banners, creative adaptation and ensure content are aligned with brand and promotion plans
  • Close working relationship with affiliate teams to ensure that brand campaigns and key promotions are displayed appropriately in line with site merchandising and in timely execution
  • Driving continuous site improvements to maximise conversion and AOV and reduce bounce rate on site and reduce barriers to buying online
  • Support the integration and deployment of new technologies and tools
  • Find new opportunity in social commerce
  • Work closely with internal global team and local markets to create visible 360 social commerce campaigns

Digital:

  • Website update
  • Digital performance marketing review

Social:

  • Work with local markets on monthly social posting calendar
  • Social content analysis Review engagement and content score

PR and Influencers:

  • Work with Regional Marketing Manager and local markets on influencer strategy
  • Lead digital/ social events like virtual PR event, livestreaming, workshop and etc

Assets and Content Management:

  • Coordinate, request and provide assets, product information and necessary documents to local markets during new product launch and on-boarding to new marketplace
  • Create infographics and coordinate content for new bundles
  • Design, adapt and edit master content from Global brand team
  • In-depth understand of file types and requirements for different platforms used to execute content
  • Manages translations for region in conjunction with local markets’ support
  • Recommend new content to drive further brand advocacy, product education and customer engagement based on beauty industry and e-comm trends while keeping up to date with the competitive landscape
  • Support all needs for digital assets, content and troubling shooting

Reporting:

  • Regular reporting of site's overall performance in terms of KPIs: Revenue, GP, Conversion and Average Order Value feeding in actions to improve performance
  • By Product, SKU and by platform performance reviews should be carried out regularly to tap on white space and opportunities
  • Collect online activations/ E-commerce campaigns across markets
  • Competitive analysis tracking for Ecommerce
  • Lead monthly business review
  • Work with other team members to receive best practice insights, sharing across to markets for inspiration

Others:

  • TOA application for digital, EC, social and online needs
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings
  • Work closely with local brand team/supply chain to ensure full assortment are listed on all platforms (SG and MY) and key assortment (other markets)


Requirements

  • Degree holder in business/ marketing is preferred
  • 3+ years in digital and/ or ecommerce with experience in managing and delivering digital content
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, especially working with multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable working around uncertainty to achieve results
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced Ecommerce/Digital environment and being able to demonstrate flexibility when plans change
  • Self-Motivated and responsible with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.
  • Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
  • Strong interest in beauty products
  • Passionate learner who stays on top of E-commerce and Digital Marketing capabilities
  • Natural team player, putting others before self, and actively engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Natural curious, who likes to be hands-on to learn and develop
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Adobe Photoshop
