Mediacorp Socialhub is an exciting new product and initiative at Mediacorp! We want to build a thriving and sustainable social influencer ecosystem by connecting influencers with marketers through a data-driven technology solution.

Who you are
- Resourceful connector. You quickly connect the dots finding and coordinating multiple resources to ensure the timely management and delivery of social media campaigns. You are comfortable with ambiguity and lead your project stakeholders to timely and smooth delivery of these social media campaigns.
- Driven communicator. You have a resilient desire to influence internal and external stakeholders, communicating in clarity their involvement and value-add towards the campaigns you work with. With your charisma and excellent communication skills, you’re able to win the trust of clients and stakeholders.
- Tenacious problem solver. You will draw on your existing knowledge of social media content/strategies and navigation-skills across functions, to successfully land campaigns for the clients. You will provide clients a single-point-of-contact for project management and conflict resolution.
Your contribution to the team
- Smooth project execution
- Quickly understand and if necessary, help sharpen social media campaign briefs, to assemble the team and resources
required to execute the campaign. Have an eye on implementation efficiency when you look at campaign briefs.
- Ensure all booking, billing and payment for internal and external resources are done to land every campaign effectively
and efficiently.
- Establish and maintain project dashboards for clients, account managers/teams, and resources (e.g. social account
owners, talent agencies and influencers) providing transparency of results of campaigns as well as potential delays to
the campaigns.
- Establish best-in-class processes
- Understand, build, and execute the processes to deliver best-in-class social media campaigns. Besides solving
obstacles/problems, quickly learn and establish review-loops to constantly improve the processes.
- Have full clarity of resource demands and availability, to manage the demand for social campaigns doing necessary
escalations to ensure a sustainable pipeline of projects for the team.
- Develop industry-leading campaign case studies on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Strong project management skills for multiple workstreams and concurrent campaigns with demanding turn-around times.
- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders (sales, commercial planning, publishers, finance, legal, etc), for complex projects in dynamic environment to meet business objectives.
- Experience with social media/digital campaigns, technologies and platforms is strongly desired.
- Proactive and good at foreseeing problems, with the ability to mitigate issues as soon as they are identified.
- Detail oriented, with strong problem solving and analytical skills using data.
