Driven by a creative spirit and armed with a design tool-box you will be executing the creative vision together with our Regional Design Team to turn oral care from a boring chore into an exciting Smile Cosmetics ritual.
Based in our Consumer Products Team in Singapore HQ, in this full time role, you will be reporting to our Consumer Products Growth amp; Product Manager and will be working closely with Regional Design teams to conceptualize and execute unique campaign ideas and support day-to-day digital marketing needs across various channels.

As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible to:
- Contribute to advertising campaign ideas in response to marketing briefs
- Develop creative presentations and mood boards to help bring campaign ideas to life
- Execute campaign ideas in form of layouts, digital ads, dynamic banners etc.
- Edit, add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics in videos
- Transform static layouts to dynamic/motion graphicsCollaborating with wider team, suppliers and production agencies
- Assist with edits and post-production to drive completion of production
- Create innovative packaging and POSM concepts for new product releases
You're a fit for this role, if you:
- Hold an advanced diploma/graduate degree/postgraduate degree in visual communications/graphic design/advertising
- Motion graphics/video editing skills are a plus
- Have at least 2 years of experience as a graphic/motion designer/art-director
- Have an impressive portfolio to showcase the skills you have
- Are proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, AfterEffects or Premiere Pro
- Are creatively curious, and would question the brief if in doubt, explore new mediumsAre bold in thinking and ideation and enthusiastic and curious in nature
- Open to collaborate with designers in other marketsUnderstand that personal growth is a result of self-awareness and coachability and bring both to the table
- Enjoy engaging in a highly ambitious and international environment, in the heart of the most dynamic digital region in the world
