Canopy is a "make sense of your data" financial technology startup with traction in the market. We provide aggregation, visualization, analytics, and reporting services to financial institutions, wealth managers, and high-net-worth individuals. Our company is only successful when Canopy is actively used by our clients and that's why we are looking for a client success manager.


You will lead the activities to improve our client experience and user engagement.


Business strategy and analytics:

  • Analyze client usage amp; behavior to better understand how our clients use our platform
  • Define and monitor our client segments to determine profitability and product suitability
  • Develop, implement, and refine target user engagement models to ensure our company is focused on client success

Client Relations:

  • Manage day-to-day client communication and address ad hoc client queries and requests
  • Manage Canopy community, the exclusive, by invite only social platform for HNWI
  • Buildup and maintain relevant post-sales marketing materials, leaflets, and websites

Cross-functions:

  • Provide input into the product development cycle and feature prioritization
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing ("UAT") for new product releases to ensure they are ready for our clients
  • Assist the Sales amp; Marketing Team with client segmentation and marketing messageiHK

Requirements

  • +5 years of financial industry experience in: customer experience / user engagement / wealth management
  • Advanced degrees and/or professional qualifications (MBA, CFA, CPA, FRM etc) are an advantage
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments amp; capital markets (amp; FinTech industry!)
  • Experience building, implementing, and refining user engagement models
  • Demonstrable team management skills and experience
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Strong career ambitions
  • Willingness to learn new things and get your hands dirty!
  • Ability to speak in Mandarin or Cantonese will be an added advantage
