• Preparation and Quantity take of client (upstream) variations
• Benchmarking costs and ensuring value engineering
• Providing advice on the variations and properly administrate the variances found
• Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports
• Preparing bills of quantities to our client
• Coordinate and work with other departments amp; liaising closely with the Civil amp; Building Construction manager
Requirements
• Accept new starts but preference for a minimum of 3 years in quantity surveying experience on various civil projects
• Strong analytical, organizational and negotiation skills
• Career driven self-starter with a willingness to succeed
• Detailed, with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, good team player and able to meet tight deadline
• Good interpersonal
• Degree / Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering
