• Acting as the main point of contact for contractual related matters from Division managers and project managers
• Be involved in the management of the contract administration procedures
• Be involved in the preparation of contractual correspondence
• Advise on various contractual positions
• Liaise with the senior management regarding proposed contractual actions
• Assisting in all required contract and / or subcontract negotiations during the execution phase of a project
• Establish and maintain a claims/notification tracker to monitor all contractual issues
• Assist the contractual team on managing contractual positions
• Work closely with the document control team to ensure all documentation is filed appropriately
• Work closely with the team on the drafting of contracts and collation of contract documentation
• Work closely with the team on post-contract management, including providing contract administration advice, claims tracking,
claims management and claims resolution
• Partner closely with the construction teams
• Provide guidance to members of the team on preparing claims and contractual correspondence
Requirements
• Experience of working in Singapore on Government projects in Contractual management capacity
• Min 5 years relevant working experience as similar position.
• A QS Degree
• Preferably experience with in multidisciplinary construction projects Extensive knowledge and experience with Legal
qualification and MRICS.
