E-Commerce Marketing Executive

• Design, build, and maintain social media presence through Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and Instagram
• Regular tracking of trends, statistics, and traffic flow for improving performance amp; quality score.
• Optimizes spend and performance based on the insights using Google Analytics
• Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing for monthly sales on eCommerce platforms used in company (e.g Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10)
• Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects on social media platforms
• Manage email and social marketing campaigns
• Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals
• Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns
• Proposing a wide range of digital marketing solutions (SEO, SEM, social media, content)
• Copywriting and proof-reading for online and social media content, materials and collaterals.
• Continuous review and active management of social media platform and all digital assets
• Co-ordinate and management of events (if any)
• Ensure all press information on the online platforms are up-to-date
• Support the preparation of documents for campaign and other submission
• Other administrative and marketing duties assigned by Manager

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Junior Digital Strategist)
• Has either marketing capabilities Social Media campaigns, Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, SEO/SEM etc
• Positive attitude, with a desire to extend existing skillset and use initiative to solve problems
• Ability to build good working relationships with clients and team members
• Ability to work under pressure
• Keen eye for aesthetics
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
