Position Purpose:
Regional Sales amp; Marketing Assistant is responsible for coordinating regional consolidations on internal and external reports, centralized purchase orders to global vendors, meeting schedule arrangement between regional and country teams, and for providing assistance to other sales amp; marketing coordination tasks.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Monthly Business Review Report
(i) Monthly event update report
(ii) Monthly E-Commerce sell through report
(iii) Monthly purchase report
- Monthly Best Estimate Exercise
- Weekly Meeting Minutes for regular connect between regional and country teams
- Filing monthly SLOB reports from all countries
- Weekly New Initiative Sell Through Tracking
- Quarterly stewardship and audit reports e.g., Store list, devices, etc.
- Ad-hoc projects e.g., new sets, market data, etc.
- Internal meetings between regional team with country Samp;M teams, DP teams, Retail Operations Teams and other functions as needed
- External meetings between Luxasia teams and Pamp;G teams
- Get quotation from vendors and validate the price, quantity and payment term
- Generate centralized purchase orders and liaise with each country team to ensure the products arrive on time
- Coordinate invoices form vendors to be processed by Finance
