Customer Care Logistics Executive

Position Purpose:

Oversee the inbound and outbound flow for Singapore local market and overseas markets, and data master maintenance in system for joint venture portfolio. Assist to coordinate with various stakeholders such as demand planners, freight forwarders, suppliers and warehouse to ensure inbound and outbound flow (from order processing to goods receipt/ delivery) is timely and accurate. Support data creation and maintenance in SAP system.

Description of Duties:

Inbound processing

• Consolidate procurement orders from Singapore and submit to suppliers.
• Process orders, shipping documents, and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow up closely on any quantity or price discrepancy with supplier, publish discrepancy report monthly.
• Liaise with freight forwarder on shipment and documents follow-ups.
• Follow up closely on order fulfillment and item availability.
• Track freight spending.
• Build and sustain a strong supplier-distributor relationship.
• Manage stocks transfer for different sites.
• Sales order processing (including sales and returns) for various channels.
• Liaise with Sales and Finance Team on issues related to orders / returns.
• Follow up on deliveries discrepancies.
• Article creation for new item in SAP
• Data maintenance (i.e. prices, product life cycle code etc.)

Outbound processing

• Sales order processing (including sales and returns) for various channels.
• Liaise with Sales and Finance Team on issues related to orders / returns.
• Follow up on deliveries discrepancies.
• Article creation for new item in SAP
• Data maintenance (i.e. prices, product life cycle code etc.)

Article Master

• Article creation for new item in SAP
• Data maintenance (i.e. prices, product life cycle code etc.)

Requirements

• Possess 3 years of experience in supply chain.
• Possess knowledge of incoterms
• Degree / Diploma holder in logistics and supply chain management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, SAP experience is an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication
• Strong organizational and coordination ability
• Good problem solving skills
