Job Description

The Learning Lab (TLL) is Singapore’s leading provider of K-12 academic enrichment and tuition services. We have been developing and running quality educational programmes for pre-school, primary, secondary, and junior college students in English, Mathematics, and the Sciences for the past 20 years.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will assist with the development and execution of a customer-centric marketing strategy across all of our customers’ digital touchpoints to drive overall growth.

You will work with a team of performance marketers to implement initiatives and optimise performance across all digital channels, both paid and organic, to achieve key business outcomes and KPIs.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and execute media plans for TLL’s Paid efforts across Search, Social, and Programmatic/Display channels to achieve key business outcomes such as lead-generation and raising brand awareness.
  • Set up and maintain performance reports for ROI tracking and drive optimisation efforts.
  • Hand-on management and performance optimisation of the TLL website to ensure best-in-class user experience for site visitors.
  • Plan and execute testing plans to drive continuous optimisation and innovation.
  • Hunt for the right data and insights to drive optimisation efforts and uncover opportunities.
  • Set up and maintain a channel attribution model to provide a clear view of our customers’ digital journey and touchpoints.
  • Identify new solutions/platforms that can drive the team’s overall capabilities and operational efficiency.

  • Possesses a recognised Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Marketing.
  • Has at least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a deep understanding of Google and Facebook ad platforms.
  • Has hands-on experience in content management systems; experience in AEM is a strong plus.
  • Has experience in designing and executing a/b testing plans.
  • Expert user of analytics tools such as GA; experience in Adobe Analytics is a strong plus.
  • Expert user of MS Excel/Pivot tables; experience working with databases using SQL and Power Query is a strong plus.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal communication, written, and presentation skills to articulate insights to non-technical audiences effectively
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with a positive mindset and a strong desire to learn and collaborate.
