Job Description
Performance Expectations amp; KPI:
Expected to support Associate Boutique Manager (Head of Sales amp; Jewelry) in all aspects of her job functions and with a primary role to generate sales leads with it as the key performance indicator of this position to meet the company’s quarterly sales revenue target.
Roles amp; Responsibilities:
Responsible for generating sales leads through daily marketing of brand products and services.
Responsible for keep tracking/updating of inventory and operational functionality/presentation of boutique.
Responsible for intermittent design and development of new jewelry display pieces.
Responsible for brand reputation and entirety of customers’ shopping experience including handling of clients face to face if necessary.
Responsible for maintaining confidentiality of all company and customer information.
Responsible for quarterly key performance indicator amp; work improvement report submission directly to both management and the Associate Boutique Manager (Head of Sales amp; Jewelry).
Requirements

Excellent timekeeping, organizational and leadership qualities.
Committed in delivering outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
Computer and software skills e.g. microsoft word amp; excel.
Understanding, know how and talent in marketing especially in social media platform e.g. instagram is a key advantage.
Experience amp; Education:
At least 1-2 years experience in luxury retail sales environment is preferred.
Knowledge and passion in gemstones, diamonds and jewelry/design customization is preferred.
Candidates without the above experience but with the necessary traits and skills listed and passion for the role are welcome to apply.
Working Hours amp; Location:
360 Orchard Road, International Building #11-06/11-07, Singapore 238869
11.00am - 7.30pm on Monday to Friday and 11.00am - 4.30pm on Saturday.
Rest days will fall on Saturday(half), Sunday and Public Holidays.

Benefits
Remuneration:
Base salary: S$1,000-S$1,500
Leave amp; Benefit:
Entitlement to 12 days of pro-rated paid annual leave subjected to team’s schedule upon completion of 3 months employment.
Entitlement to a complimentary paid off day on the day of your birthday.
Requirements amp; Conditions:
Reports directly to Associate Boutique Manager (Head of Sales amp; Jewelry). Commitment to a minimum of 6 months with a view in building a long term working relationship is fundamental.
Eligible for conversion to the position of Associate Boutique Specialist (Sales amp; Jewelry) upon 6 months employment subjected to performance and management review.
