We are looking for a HR Senior Executive that plays a supporting role in the in the organization to drive the following results:
- Smooth day-to-day operations in full spectrum of HR operations
- Sustain the talent pipeline in line with the business growth trajectory
The HR Senior Executive is a single point of contact for business stakeholders, HR solutions, and is responsible for implementing challenging projects, HR processes and procedures.
Responsibilities
1. Administer and execute the following HR areas based on demonstrated best practices:
- Talent Acquisition
- Preparing payroll and administering employee benefits
- Talent Development
- Performance Management
- Employee Lifecycle Management
2. Manage the talent acquisition process, from job posting, interviewing, work permit application to onboarding.
3. Administer and maintain payroll records, calculating pay, CPF and tax returns.
4. Compile and analyse regular and ad hoc HR reports to support business needs.
5. Partner with line managers to manage performance, assess team and employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.
6. Manage and facilitate overall employee engagement and team-building initiatives that support change and growth of the company.
7. Serve as primary contact for the organization to support employee satisfaction and welfare.
8. Ensure company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current employment law and communicated to all staff in a timely manner.

Requirements
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- 0-5 years experience as a HR Executive or related position
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience with exposure to HR generalist or business partner portfolios.
- Experience in software industry is an added advantage.
