The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly-motivated and hands-on HR Executive to support our People Operations and Talent Acquisition Team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's growth and making it a better place to work for our people. Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Coordinate office activities and operations while securing efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, off-boarding and training programs.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments for employees.
- Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and benefits, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate closely with the Recruiting (TA) team amp; hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure business's needs and goals are fulfilled.
- Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimise current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency.
- Develop a holistic business understanding and manage stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Support and drive employer branding initiatives for SEA and new city launches globally. Work and collaborate closely with regional creatives team in developing employer branding collaterals and contents.
- Coordinate and be an advocate to bring about the best candidate experience and advocate to our applicants.
Requirements
- BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Experience in sourcing or recruitment experience in high-growth start ups is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities, with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach.
