Sales Planning and Operations (Team Lead)

Porsche Singapore is offering a vacancy as a Sales Planning and Operations (Team Lead) within the Sales team.

Tasks

  • Lead, steer and empower the Sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure smooth running of the overall sales operations
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of retail operations and manage the sales process which includes establishing the sales operating procedures within Porsche Singapore
  • Undertake short to long-range planning in relation to the revenue objectives and demand amp; supply optimisation, and manage the sales reporting and incentive budget
  • Manage the implementation and maintenance of the sales systems and provide support to the execution of other sales-related systems and processes
  • Manage the sales pipeline across all stages of sales cycle to achieve team-based sales and customer satisfaction targets

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields
  • 2-3 years of working experience, preferably in Automotive / Luxury / Wholesale and Retail
  • A team player who leads, supports, and guides colleagues
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Competent in Data Analytics and usage of tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
