Job Description

Responsibilities

Admin duties:

  • Co-ordinate and ensure all delivery orders issued are beine signed and returned for invoicing.
  • Assist in preparation of deliver orders which updating or stock lengths, locations amp; sizes as stated in the cutting instructions
  • sorting machining job sheets amp; to match cutting instructions which are pending for.
  • Assist stock verification work
  • Provide clerical support relating to the smoothning of the dept.

Accounts AR:

  • Handle Accounts Receivable functions
  • Responsible for accurate and timely recording of AR invoices in SAP
  • Prepare billing data/reports to customer as required

Requirements

  • O level or Diploma in Accountancy, Business Studies or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year related working experience in Accounts Receivable function, entry level candidates are welcome to apply too.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
