Senior Engineer (Robot and IoT Application and Service support)

Job Responsibilities :

• Support inhouse or onsite troubleshooting of robotic/IIoT solution/product component
• Carry out defective robot product diagnostic and repair services
• Carry out Robot/IIoT solution maintenance service with contractual customer
• Collaborate with all sales team technically in pre-sales effort in design-in Robotic / IIoT related solution
• Assesses customer application requirement, plan and carry out proof of concept service based on total integrated software/hardware solutions by OMRON ILOR+S.
• Provides post-sales support, inclusive of Robotics and IIoT solution related training
• Plan and conducts customer visits. Provides support via phone, e-mail, and onsite. Supports/documents sales opportunity and customer issues
• Actively bundle and promote service business packages to the customers.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics/Electrical)
• Minimum 5 years related experience
• Specialise in Robotics / PLC control integration is preferred
• Team player with great interpersonal skills
