About the role

Based out of the Asia Pacific Regional office in Singapore, the Regional Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for cultivating a pipeline of best-in-class talent for Bollore Logistics through innovative outreach methods. You will be actively involved in recruitment activities in the region, as well as supporting the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager in initiatives to continuously increase TA capability in the region. This role blends hands-on delivery whist also driving a number of strategic initiatives.


What you will be doing

Reporting to the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for:


  • Ownership of end-to-end recruitment cycle of junior level positions
  • Ownership of bi-yearly internship program and intern community
  • Strong collaboration with HQ and the region on VIE recruitment drive
  • Strengthen employer branding through social media, educational networks, career webinars etc
  • Work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to plan and execute innovative sourcing strategies to engage and attract talent
  • Elevate hiring manager and candidate experience
  • Smooth coordination of all regional TA projects
  • Manage online psychometric assessment tools
  • Market mapping and maintaining a network of qualified candidates
  • Act as a TA advisor for the region, sharing best practices and ensure alignment of processes
  • Support the development and execution of TA initiatives for the region
  • Support and update annual headcount planning and budgeting
  • Support in facilitation of regional classroom/virtual TA trainings
  • Ad hoc TA administration and coordination duties as required

Requirements

The successful candidate

  • Minimum 1 year of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Understanding of in recruiting tools and channels
  • Solid interpersonal, communication and listening skills
  • Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills
  • Great sense of urgency, time management and negotiation skills
  • Highly adaptable
