Reporting to the Digital Lead, the Performance Marketing Associate will be driving the day-to-day operations on paid social and programmatic buys as part of the Marketing department’s efforts to achieve short, medium, and long-term goals.

- Manage day-to-day execution of paid social campaigns and display programmatic buys.
- Plan channel-level campaigns to meet overall Digital targets and allocate budgets accordingly.
- Optimise accounts on a regular basis to improve campaign performance to drive KPI success and account growth.
- Create custom audience segments within initial target audience pool for cross-channel optimization through data analysis.
- Monitor, analyse and report performance results on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis (as determined by the marketing and communications team and stakeholders requirements).
- Proactively provide recommendations and suggestions to deliver actionable audience and optimisation-based insights.
- Track budgets, spending, and reconcile invoices/payments with finance.
- Work closely with functional teams within marketing to develop fully integrated campaigns.
- Source and identify new opportunities/technology/solutions for marketing and communications team where relevant and necessary.
- Engage key external partners (e.g. Facebook, Adobe) regularly for feedback on account set-ups, best practices, explore betas, synchronise efforts.
- Develop and implement channel-level test strategy and plans (e.g. objective, bidding, copy, positioning etc.).

- Possesses a recognised Bachelor’s degree or diploma, preferably in Marketing.
- At least 3-5 years’ of hands-on digital marketing experience, with expert knowledge of paid social and programmatic buying, and strong understanding of performance marketing metrics.
- Hands-on experience using Facebook Ads Manager, Adobe Media Optimiser, DSPs, Adobe Analytics / Google Analytics.
- Experience in the following will be a strong plus:
- Website content management systems
- Adobe Experience Cloud
- Marketing analytics
- Highly analytical and comfortable working with data sets to glean insights, with demonstrated ability to organise and consolidate multiple data sources for analysis and reporting.
- Comfortable with working cross-functionally within the Marketing team as well as with other business functions, with a strong desire to learn and collaborate.
- Driven, proactive and detail-oriented individual with proven technical and analytical aptitude, with a curiosity for testing and innovation.
