Our client is multinational information technology and logistic express company. They are looking for E-commerce Helpdesk Executive to support their team.
Main job duties and responsibilities as a E-Commerce Helpdesk Executive include but are not limited to the following:
- Phone or email support for IT hardware and software issues such as problem diagnosis, PC/software installation, configuration and maintenance of operating systems, etc.
- Resolution of both technical and general issues raised by customers.
- Logging of inbound calls and to determine if escalation is needed to resolve problems raised.
- Any other tasks as assigned by your Supervisor/Manager.
Requirements
- Education qualification: Min. Diploma in IT or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience as IT Helpdesk / Service Desk role
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
