At a glance

This role will be an integral member of the Singapore Marketing team - responsible for driving traffic, awareness, and conversions through the conceptualisation and execution of marketing initiatives. The role will be leading high-impact marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition for our reservations pillar.

The ideal candidate should be both creative and data-obsessed. You will need empathy to get into users' heads, an eye for aesthetics to ensure we have captivating visuals, a knack for killer copy that invokes action, and an analytical mindset to produce data-driven results. You will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in driving Chope towards our next exciting phase of growth!


Responsibilities

  • Plan the marketing strategy, manage resources, and execute both long-term and day-to-day initiatives to grow existing business units and new business ventures
  • Drive growth across business units, using innovative growth tactics across different channels (online and offline) to increase awareness, user acquisition, and retention
  • Dive deep into the available data to develop new marketing frameworks and optimise processes
  • Understand market trends, perform competitor analysis, and research relevant industry developments to maintain a competitive advantage
  • Work with the Head of Marketing to manage resources and budget to achieve commercial outcomes
  • Work with stakeholders from product/tech, sales, and operations, to drive the development of projects and marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop merchant acquisition strategies
  • Build GTM plans for new ventures, including end to end campaign development, launch plans, ongoing communications, brand alignment, and channel optimization.
  • Assess commercial viability and ROI of all marketing and growth initiatives under your scope
  • Handle and drive strategic partnerships with existing and new partners
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to a high performing team

Requirements

  • 3-5 years prior experience at a fast-growing startup, e-commerce company, or Famp;B marketing related role
  • Experience with brand marketing, campaign management, and/or e-commerce marketing.
  • Proven track record in partner programs, consumer engagement, social media and e-Commerce.
  • Demonstrate experience developing multiple distribution channels and agency management.
  • Strong commercial outlook with the ability to drive revenue growth through marketing.
  • Positive attitude with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to understand user segments and tailor messaging based on business objectives.
  • A strong data-driven approach to running high ROI initiatives
  • Interest in the Famp;B scene, dining deals, and tech startups will be a huge plus!
