The Role:

Moonbug is seeking a Brand Partnership Director in Singapore to scale its Brand Partnership business in the Asia market. At Moonbug, you will be working with some of the biggest brands in family entertainment including the global blockbuster titles CoComelon and Blippi. This is an exciting role and opportunity for somebody who enjoys building businesses from the ground up and working with a passionate and ambitious team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building long term partnerships with the top agencies and brands across APAC (especially SEA and India) and execute innovative commercial deals.


Responsibilities:
  • Scale revenue through video media sales in the region
  • Identify the right clients, pitch amp; close bigger brand partnership deals.
  • Establish and manage client relationships at a senior level with brands and advertisers
  • Be strategic with regards to how you would grow the revenue across the APAC region
  • Provide clients with the highest level of sales and customer service
  • Collaborate with internal teams globally across product, ad ops, marketing and legal
  • Plan and build compelling storylines and data-driven presentations that are customized to clients’ business and objectives
  • Liaise with partners and other internal marketing departments to execute marketing campaigns
  • Analyze the performance of ongoing and past marketing campaigns to provide insight into how campaigns can be improved
  • Serve as an external product consultant Campaign Planning and Management

Requirements

  • Experience in video ad sales marketing
  • Experience in closing and delivering integrated brand partnerships fewer, bigger, better
  • Relationships with ad agencies in SEA
  • Comfort in working independently in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Understanding of the kids content space and familiarity with kids and family brands in Asia (e.g. toys, FMCGs etc.)
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms
  • Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Not essential but one additional Asian language would be added benefit (ideally Hindi or a SEA language)
  • Experience with analyzing data and delivering insights
  • Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit
  • A Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Media, Digital, Marketing or related fields
