You will work closely with the management team and team leads to develop and execute IT strategies and initiatives, and support critical IT projects. Since we are a relatively flat organization, we are looking for someone who can lead and at the same time roll up the sleeves whenever needed.

• Serve as a strategic partner to the management team to define IT strategies and drive process optimization wherever necessary
• Collaborate with the creative development team on identifying IT requirements and with the Technology department in pipeline tools development
• Drive major decisions, identify and eliminate risks and blockers, communicate program status to stakeholders and leadership
• Collaborate with the production and finance departments to create forward-looking IT budgets for each year, indicating ‘ideal’ and ‘must-have’ scenarios and their potential costs.
• Form relationships with software and hardware vendors to negotiate best prices for the company and establish shipping and delivery timelines to ensure timely delivery of hardware.
• Advise the company, and budget for, essential maintenance and/or upgrade services from vendors.
• Monitor software expiration dates and software needs, and gain approval to place orders in time to ensure seamless use of critical software.
• Ensure that projects goals, objectives, milestones and deliverables are achieved on schedule and within budget
• Maintain and administer IT infrastructure
• Manage One Animation’s digital assets, including back-up protocols, permission controls. emergency shutdown protocols, essential maintenance, storage, render capacity, air conditioning capacity for servers, physical and digital security of data, and security of systems from external threats,
• Lead and deliver IT helpdesk services including managing outsourced vendors to ensure high-quality solutions and service levels. Inventory, maintenance and troubleshooting for all hardware and computer infrastructure.
• Evaluate changing IT trends and adopt industry best practices to continuously drive improvements with the latest digital solutions.
• Oversee the IT policies and practices in the Jakarta Indonesia Studio and ensure that their IT technician is observing best practices and ensuring uninterrupted continuity of production work.
• Maintain and enforce IT policies and procedures.
• Oversee other office facility aspects, which include but not limited to, electrical system, aircon system, security system, phone system, etc.

Requirements

• Diploma or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience
• PC and Apple hardware troubleshooting skills
• Network and firewall knowledge
• Experience with HP, HPE and Aruba hardware
• Experience with VMware, KVM virtual infrastructures
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoD databases
• Experience with network protocols and services - DHCP, DNS, CIFS, NFS, SNMP, PXE, OpenVPN
• Solid knowledge and good troubleshooting skills of Linux(RedHat, CentOS) Windows and OSX on desktop and server.
• Automation with shell and python scripts.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
