Job Description
- Permanent position, Salary up to $6,000 with 1 month AWS + 3 months Bonus

Responsibilities:
- Analysis and reporting of the financial performances (actual/forecast/budget) of institutions within the organization;
- Assist in the consolidation of financials for management and statutory reporting;
- Monitor and review reserves utilization;
- Assist in the annual budget and projection cycles.
- Assist in matters relating to Hyperion consolidation/ budget system and Chart of Accounts (COA) mapping/harmonization.
- Liaise with MOH on fee revisions and miscellaneous reporting matters.
- Formulation of cluster finance policies and provide active responses to queries raised.
- Data collation and analysis to support management’s decision making.
Management/ MOH(H) Reporting
- Analysis and reporting of the financial performances (actual/forecast/budget) of institutions within the organization.
- Assist in consolidation and/or review of the group’s financials in selected areas.
- Review accuracy of headcount and patient volumes consolidated.
- Analysis and reporting of the financials for Regional Health for institutions and Group.
- Reformat consolidation spreadsheets to take into account the new Group structure post cluster reorganization.
Year-end audit and financial statements
- Assist in the consolidation of Group and Company financial statements for statutory reporting.
- Liaise with external auditors on audit enquiries, if any.
- Use system to replace Excel consolidation.
Consolidation System- Liaise with MOHH/ IHiS/ consultants on UAT, issue rectifications, changes to system settings etc. For e.g. system setup changes needed due to clusters reorganization.
- Liaise with amp;/or provide guidance to FSS-GL and institutions’ Finance on issues and submissions.
- Assist to review changes needed to system settings.
- Provide system metadata maintenance support.
Requirement:
- Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
- Good hand on experience in consolidating of financials
- Hands-on experience with ERP system like Navision, SAP and Hyperion
