Senior Operation Specialist

Ksisters is a fast growing K-Beauty, K-lifestyle E-commerce based in Singapore. We are seeking for qualified candidate who has passion for entrepreneurship and strong interest in E-commerce and K-Beauty, Food and Lifestyle to join us as an Operation specialist in our #Ksistersteam!

This role will require you to manage after-sales operations including Order Fulfillment, Inventory management amp; 3PL in our Ksisters warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing operational matters related to Ksisters.sg
• Managing 3PL partners, Vendors, Inventory management at Ksisters.sg
• Ensure smooth and accurate inventory management, shipment receiving, supply ordering and stock-taking comply with operational standards at both Ksisters.sg
• Analyze expiry dates and inventory volume in Ksisters amp; advise for further actions
• Perform orders fulfillments with operation team
• Handle any other ad hoc duties as designated

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline (taken in English)
• Preferably min 2 year experience of any e-commerce operation role, vendor management. Big plus in beauty and fashion
• Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent attention to details
• Good communication skills
• Strong Team player
• Must be Singaporean or PR
• Basic Microsoft office skills
