HR Operations Executive (Payroll)

• HR Operations
• Handles full spectrum of payroll, claims, CPF contribution and tax filing (annual e-submission of income and tax clearance) by working closely with the outsourced payroll vendor through the Global Payroll Platform;
• Oversees global payroll through the Global Payroll Platform by working closely with the overseas HR payroll colleague;
• Performs routine tasks required to administer HR programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, staff insurances and leaves and maintains compliance with labour regulations;
• Ensures compliance with statutory reporting (eg: MoM survey reports) and filing requirement eg: CPF, IRAS, MOM, NS and other government-related claims;
• Assist in the preparation of reports for the board including but not limited to payroll, turnover/attrition, headcount;
• Talent Acquisition Process
• Preparing and drawing standard employee contracts, letters and documents;
• Entire work pass application process (from posting on jobsbank to issuance of the work pass, renewal, cancellation);
• Updating of information and uploading of documents into the Human Resources System (HRS);
• Maintain complete organized and up to date physical personnel files.

Requirements

• Superb working experience with HR systems and payroll processing
• Strong numbers and analytical acumen
• Strong MS Skills (Words, Excel, PowerPoint) to ensure all documents are presented in the most professional manner taking care of all minor formatting details.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, and able to work well in a team are also essential.
