• Build Luxasia’s eCommerce platform with coordination with the internal brand teams amp; technology function
• Campaign management and onsite investment planning along-side internal brand teams
• Demand planning amp; inventory planning with internal brand partners
• Maximize onsite exposure for the brands including day-to-day events as well as mega campaigns
• End-to-end execution of eCommerce operations including order processing, inventory management, on platform campaign management, issue resolution, coordination with the warehouse etc
• Visual merchandizing and store management
• Coordination with the warehouse and operations team amp; solving ad-hoc problems
• Data reporting and analysis including competitor benchmarking
• Strong communication amp; coordination between internal teams, brand partners and platforms
• Building the optimal traffic, onsite marketing, promotion and assortment strategy
