- Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
- Leverage a human-centered design process to deliver an easy-to-use user interface and user experience
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Develop high-fidelity UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Ensure products are tested with customers and validated against business goals
- Develop personas, scenarios, and user stories, and illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
- Design for accessibility standards
- Work with stakeholders to identify requirementso
Requirements
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or Sketch
- In-depth knowledge of UX concepts such as wireframing and prototyping
- Strong attention to detail
- Keep up with the latest trends in web and mobile design is a plus
