Pathlight School is the first autism-focused school in Singapore to offer a unique blend of mainstream national curriculum and life readiness skills. We are currently the largest special education school in Singapore and due to our further expansion, we invite candidates who have proven commitment and competence to join us in the role of Senior Executive / Executive, Talent Acquisition focusing on Campus Recruitment and Employer Branding.

Pathlight School is run by the not-for-profit charity Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) or ARC(S) based in Singapore. ARC(S) is dedicated to serving children and adults on the autism spectrum, to help these individuals lead meaningful and independent lives in society. ARC (S) offers a wide range of services: Pathlight School, and two social enterprises, The Art Faculty and Professor Brawn.


The Team:

The Human Resources Team strives to build an engaged staff force, reinforce the desired culture and be an employer of choice. Fundamentally, the team acts as a catalyst to enable all staff to contribute at optimal levels towards the success of the organisation.


Your Impact and Contribution:

The role is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. You will play a critical role in ensuring the organization is hiring the best possible talent. The role will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. Ultimately, the responsibilities of this role is to ensure the organization attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. The role also takes on project management aspect for the department, identifying areas of improvement and space for efficiency, influencing change and levelling up the productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage our internship program
  • Develop and execute branding and marketing strategies
  • Work closely with University Partners to promote our internship and career opportunities to students and graduates through tailored, exciting events
  • Manage end-to-end in various aspect of the employee life cycle through onboarding, orientation and separation process.
  • Provide excellent partnership with regular follow up with hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process including developing, managing recruiting reports to hold both hiring managers and recruiting accountable for desired results.
  • Work closely with HR team members to manage projects to increase efficiency and process alignment, heighten employee engagement and overall candidate experience.

Requirements

You should possess:

  • Experience in talent acquisition. Experience in campus recruitment/ volume hiring is preferred
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to be self-directed and deliver results with minimal supervision
  • Excellent research/sourcing skills including use of LinkedIn, job boards and social media
