Are you an experienced recruiter looking to make an impact in the venture capital industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! As a recruiter here at 500, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent, identifying, sourcing, and screening potential candidates through various recruiting channels, networking with industry professionals, and managing the entire recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding. You'll collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet their hiring goals while staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruiting efforts. If you have a strong network within the venture capital and private equity industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience with recruitment software, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Identify, source, and screen potential candidates through various recruiting channels such as job boards, professional networks, and social media
  • Network with industry professionals and attend relevant events to identify and attract top talent
  • Provide guidance and advice to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and evaluating candidates for these roles
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Manage the entire recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruiting efforts
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet their hiring goals
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of recruiting activities

Requirements


  • Proven experience as a recruiter within the venture capital or private equity industry
  • Strong understanding of the venture capital and private equity industry
  • Proven ability to identify, attract, and recruit top talent for these roles
  • Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives and board members
  • Strong network within the venture capital and private equity industry is a plus
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Familiarity with Southeast Asian job market
