As a recruiter here at 500, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent, identifying, sourcing, and screening potential candidates through various recruiting channels, networking with industry professionals, and managing the entire recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding. You'll collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet their hiring goals while staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruiting efforts.
