Business Development Executive, Consumer Care (Raw Material)

• To develop new business by identifying potential sales opportunities and by following up new leads and sample requests.
• To negotiate the best achievable commercial agreement and develop short term plans for products sales
• Carry out activities like new business development, new product promotion and considering market application of products under supervision with advice and assistance readily available
• Gather date on market prices and competitor behavior and provide feedback to relevant sales amp; marketing team

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience (mid to senior sales exec level)
• Preferably from Chemical industry and in Consumer Care i.e. Home care, Personal Care. Ok with candidates from distributors side.
• At least Degree holder
• Must be comfortable working in matrix organization with good collaboration skills (need to work with different functions e.g. Ramp;D, marketing)
