ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a tech savvy and skilled Partner Program Coordinator to join the APAC Team. The full-time role will be hybrid based, working 2-3 days a month in the Singapore office and the remaining days at home; however, you could work from the office more days a month, if preferred.

In this role you will be the key contact for the partner program, drive partner network expansion, and provide assistance and direction to partners (referrers, resellers, contractors and professional services companies), while working alongside internal teams in support of partner marketing, pre-sales and post-sales activities across the APAC Region.

Requirements

ABOUT YOU

Specific training will be provided but ideally you will have understanding and knowledge of the Enterprise / SaaS / Business Intelligence / Business Modelling / Business Mapping Software market.

To qualify You will need to be a confident, energetic and enthusiastic professional who may have experience as Partner / Channel / Alliances Manager, Business Development Executive, Sales Administrator, Marketing Coordinator or similar with a CV that demonstrates:

  • Around 2+ years of experience in Sales Administration, Partner Account Management, Channel Sales, Marketing Coordination, Alliances Management or similar, ideally within an Enterprise / Business Intelligence Software environment, assisting in working with vendors or partners;
  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business, Marketing, Economics, Management, Finance, Communications or similar;
  • A pragmatic approach to building goal-oriented relationships with partners/ customers by simplifying complex topics while always relaying the business value of the technical solution;
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills;
  • Highly motivated, flexible and adaptable nature;
  • A willingness to travel to meet partners, clients and attend trade events.
  • Excellent command of English, spoken and written.
  • Any additional languages such as Indonesian, Vietnamese, Thai, Hindi would be a plus.
  • Be the key point of contact for partners and coordinate internal teams and resources
  • Ensure all partner resources are fully leveraged and assist with developing new resources (e.g. training materials);
  • Assisting the Sales and Marketing teams to drive products and services sales through channel partners;
  • Uncover drivers and aims of partners to encourage new business and expansion;
  • Recruiting and on-boarding partners who can sell products and/or related services;
  • Maintain partner records and identify opportunities to improve partner understanding of products and services
  • Develop strong and capable partners to achieve strategic objectives that result in growth of mutual businesses;
  • Experience responding to RFPs / RFIs and other tender documents is a plus.
