Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business development team to assist in generate sales leads based on manufacturing/retail industry and optimize it
- Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; define market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses
- Work together with cross-functional teams such as sales/business development team to forecast projected business and establish targeted market share, deadlines, and budgets
- Execute and lead planning and execution of tradeshow, conferences, seminars, event, sponsorships, and exhibitions
- Oversee and manage all existing digital platforms including websites, marketing automation tools and social media channels

Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Sales amp; Marketing Management / Business Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing Management (including Product Launching) are highly preferred.
- Able to work with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Salesforce (CRM), Google Analytics/Ads, Facebook/LinkedIn Business
- Strong leadership quality to lead a growing team.
- Able to work well under high pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong inter-personal skills with proven track record working with cross-functional teams.
