Job Description
Build lead and qualified opportunity pipelines through a mix of outbound and inbound activities while working with the sales team to execute prospecting efforts.Uncover customers’ pressures, challenges and priorities to effectively position our offering to meet their business objectivesFamiliarity with the B2B sales process, and ability to see SMB deals through to closure.Plan and execute a territory plan with clear account prioritization.Maintain a database of current and potential leads.Build relationships with multiple stakeholders and influencers across the customers’ organizations.Participate in pricing and tender/proposal reviews with senior management to ensure alignment to the customer requirements.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in businessor any relevant discipline.Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in relevant sector. Candidates who have experience working as individual contributor (IC) are preferred.Experienced Business Development Representatives who are keen to move into an IC role are welcome to apply.Good track record in B2B or B2G sales, with key established connections in the relevant sector.History of successfully developing and maintaining senior client relationships.A highly self-motivated and independent initiator with excellent interpersonal skills Job Specification
