Job Description

  • Build lead and qualified opportunity pipelines through a mix of outbound and inbound activities while working with the sales team to execute prospecting efforts.
  • Uncover customers’ pressures, challenges and priorities to effectively position our offering to meet their business objectives
  • Familiarity with the B2B sales process, and ability to see SMB deals through to closure.
  • Plan and execute a territory plan with clear account prioritization.
  • Maintain a database of current and potential leads.
  • Build relationships with multiple stakeholders and influencers across the customers’ organizations.
  • Participate in pricing and tender/proposal reviews with senior management to ensure alignment to the customer requirements.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in businessor any relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in relevant sector. Candidates who have experience working as individual contributor (IC) are preferred.
  • Experienced Business Development Representatives who are keen to move into an IC role are welcome to apply.
  • Good track record in B2B or B2G sales, with key established connections in the relevant sector.
  • History of successfully developing and maintaining senior client relationships.
  • A highly self-motivated and independent initiator with excellent interpersonal skills
