The Company:

Our client is the leading information, communications and technology (ICT) service provider in Singapore. They are now looking for Roving Deployment Operations Team Lead for their team.

The Role:

As a Roving Deployment Operations Team Lead, you are responsible:-

• Ensure that the audit trails and logging are turn on for all Network equipment.
• Monitor Network and respond to P1 ticket.
• Check MAC address issues.
• Change/Update MAC address.
• Add IP Address in monitor.
• Other task that assigns by L2.
• Check the Network Room.
• Do patching.
• Monitor team performance.
• Train new team member and onboarding process.
• Prepare schedule, contact point for team attendance.
• Other tasks assign by Manager.
• Cover Shift if require and review SOP.

Requirements

• Diploma in IT/ Network
• More than 1 Year experience in IT/ Network
• Experienced to lead the team
• Able to communicate clearly in English

Other Details:

• Office Hour: (09:00 - 18:00 hrs)
