The Customer Care team plays a pivotal role in the Zenyum organization. Through the provision of excellent aftersales support and personalized customer service, we ensure that all Zenyum customers attain best in class experience throughout the entire process with our flagship invisible braces, Zenyum Clear.
Customer Care Executives play the role of Zenyum's brand champions, being the primary contact point for our customers as they embark on their journey to attain that picture perfect Instagram worthy smile.Responsibilities
  • To provide excellent customer care through personalized support to both existing and newly onboarded customers for our flagship invisible braces, Zenyum Clear.
  • Guide new customers through the entire treatment plan roadmap
  • Be the main point of contact for all customer queries via our Zenyum smartphone application
  • Ensure that customer’s periodic teeth progression photos uploaded on the Zenyum smartphone application are in good order (healthy gums amp; teeth etc)
You Are a Fit For This Role, If You
  • Have previously worked in Customer Service and Experience in a professional capacity (more than 3 years)
  • Are a natural-born-communicator and genuinely enjoy interacting with people on a daily basis, convincing them of Zenyum’s innovative approach
  • Understand that personal growth is a result of self-awareness and coachability bring both to the table
  • Are able to plan, execute and organize tasks effectively
  • Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese
